Commercial management

Actys Wonen has a team of account managers who handle the commercial management of property portfolios. The account manager monitors the quality and the progress of the management of your property portfolio and is your first point of contact within the organisation. The account manager handles, among other things, reports and gives advice, whether in consultation with the technical manager or not, regarding the (strategic) management of your portfolio.

Your account manager

  • monitors all matters across the management agreement;
  • gives solicited and unsolicited advice on all matters which are related to portfolios (letting, technical aspects, finance/administration);
  • represents the owner when communicating with tenants (both individually and collectively), residents associations etc.
  • takes control in collaboration with the owner over disputes;
  • represents the owner at Home-owner Association meetings;
  • provides insight and takes responsibility for all activities, both ad hoc and on a quarterly basis;
  • is the central point of contact for the owner.

Reporting

Each quarter, the status of your portfolio is discussed at the quarterly meeting. Every month, you receive a report of all revenues and expenses. The account manager has a proactive role towards you as a client concerning the management of your property, in which he gives advice and information about your portfolio.
